Order processing time is typically anywhere between 1-2 weeks depending on stock, shipment timelines, and amount of orders. The goal is to always get orders out asap and hopefully within that first week. 

You will receive an email if there is any anticipation of it going over the 2 week mark. For details on an estimated shipping time, please refer to the Shipping & Handling page! 

At this time all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, please email us if there is anything wrong with your order. In the email please provide the name on the order, the order number, and photos of what you received and we will do our best to help you out!

We currently offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority, as well as USPS First Class International. Each of these are provided with tracking so you can follow along as it goes through the USPS system. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to begin updating in their system.

For Australia & Canada we also offer UPS Shipping.

Please keep in mind that right now due Covid there are a lot of delays that affect many different facets of a business. Especially shipping. In some cases it may take up to 3 weeks to process your order however you will receive and email ahead of time letting you know. 

USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 Business Days

USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

USPS International: 2-4 Weeks

UPS Worldwide Expedited 3-7 Business Days

All orders are provided with a USPS tracking number that you will receive through an e-mail once the label has been printed. Once the package is received by USPS it can take 24-48 hours for tracking to begin updating! 

Keep in mind that with International tracking some orders may be delayed at customs or no longer update once they have crossed the border. 

Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
